Pages with Purpose: Journaling Prompts In-Person

Join us at the South Windsor Public Library for the second in our ongoing workshops on journaling and bullet journaling, led by our reference librarian and life long journal writer, Kate.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Journal prompts are useful tools for self-discovery, emotional regulation and creativity. We will provide thoughtful prompts to reflect and write on. Afterward, those who wish may share excerpts or reflections in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Come ready to be inspired, and leave with ideas to make journaling a joyful habit! Supplies will be provided, but patrons are welcome to bring their own journals!
